Her degree in Humanities with an emphasis in Art History has honed her analytical thinking and attention to detail, essential for managing complex transactions, while also enhancing her ability to appreciate diverse perspectives and communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a smoother and more efficient transaction process.

As the Founder of New Wave Transactions, Chelsey is dedicated to transforming the industry through outstanding service and innovative strategies. She focuses on a wide range of types of transactions, including luxury properties, first-time homebuyers, and complex transactions. Chelsey's commitment to her clients is reflected in her tailored approach and her proficiency in managing all transactions with confidence. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Chelsey enjoys spending quality time with her husband, family, bonus daughter, and her two beloved pups. Chelsey loves to travel and explore new places, especially enjoying outdoor activities and soaking up the sun on the Southern California beaches. Having moved from coast to coast, starting in Florida, she has developed a deep appreciation for the diverse beauty of different locations.
